Our Story

In the fall of 2017 a seed was planted in the hearts of Haltom Christian School's administrators. Commissioned to unite and use our God-given talents towards one target, we aim to provide exceptional biblical teaching and educational opportunities for God's children that unify families and create memorable learning moments.

Initially the idea of laying the foundation for Haltom Christian School seemed ambitious, but God has a plan. Doors began to open; HCS quickly gained financial support and made impactful relationships with several Christian schools that provide invaluable wisdom and advice.

Made possible through the financial funding of Love Never Fails International, Haltom Christian School supports the core values of LNFI as we believe that "all children were created by God and possess great potential and that through encouragement, educational support, and love, they can each lead a successful and joyful life."

Operating out of the facility of Calvary Chapel Fort Worth, Haltom Christian School adheres to the vision of CCFW. We believe that "a great commitment to the great commandment (Matthew 22:363-40) and the great commission (Matthew 28:18-20)" will produce fruitful followers of Christ.

While celebrating twenty five years of God's faithfulness at Calvary Chapel Fort Worth, the Lord gave a word to one of our founders from 1 Corinthians 3:6-7:

"I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase."

The Lord knows by name every family and every child that will attend Haltom Christian School. He has given us the year of 2018 to plant and to water. We eagerly await meeting our HCS families while we pray, plan, and prepare for our opening in August 2019!

"Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen."
-Ephesians 3:20-21
