Heather Gonzales is the principal of Haltom Christian School. She is married to a Fort Worth police officer, and together they have three beautiful daughters who inspire her to cherish every moment.
From an early age, Heather displayed a passion for education. She pursued her teaching degree at the University of North Texas and holds a Master's degree in Education Administration from Texas Wesleyan University. However, it wasn’t until homeschooling her own children that she realized the importance of teachable moments and the paramount effect a partnership between parents and teachers can have in a child’s education.
Heather's goal is to make sure every student has a memorable educational experience. She loves seeing the wonder on each child's face as they explore curriculum and God's word. She ensures each child at Haltom Christian School knows why they are an ARCHER - that their aim is to love God and others, that they were each created to hit a specific target, that following Christ leads them straight to their mark.
Heather's mission is that the Lord's purpose be established at Haltom Christian School. By God's grace and divine intervention, she is excited to continue this adventure with the Lord at HCS.
Amy has been married to her husband, Craig, for over twenty years and has two high school daughters, Cassidy and Maddy. She treasures spending time with her family and longs to relish in every family moment. Together they enjoy hanging out at bookstores and drinking coffee or playing games.
Amy has a degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas. She has a heart for non-profit organizations and children’s ministries, and this was the start of God’s plan to move her into teaching. Once Amy knew the Lord’s leading of her heart, she went back to school to receive her teaching certification. She has been serving in elementary Christian education ever since.
At HCS, Amy serves as a support to students, parents, and teachers by establishing genuine personal connections. This is her tenth year in private education, and she is passionate about integrating the Word of God in the classroom. Amy cares deeply about meeting students where they are in their education and helping them to recognize and use their own God given strengths to gain confidence and bring glory to the Lord.
Amy has seen the fruits of a Christian education in her own children and desires to help shape hearts for Christ. She is currently seeking a master’s degree in special education based on the call the Lord put on her heart. She hopes to inspire others by creating a joyful learning journey.
Stephanie has a heart for missions and discipleship, and she actively seeks opportunities to serve the Lord and others. She has been involved in music all her life and sings on the worship team at her church. Stephanie also serves alongside Love Never Fails International's mission team in their global work at the Casa Hogar de Ninos Camargo orphanage in Mexico.
Stephanie has many years of experience as an administrative assistant and office manager. She has also served as a specialist for Love Never Fails International serving at-risk students at local middle schools. Stephanie attended Calvary Chapel Bible College at both the Peru and Mexico campuses to study biblical theology and missions.
Following her time at Bible college, Stephanie interned as the Dean of Women and assisted the director at Calvary Bible Institute Israel. There she worked with students to grow in their knowledge of the Lord and develop an active relationship with Him. Her heart is to see children's lives transformed so they may be a light to the world.
Caily has a heart for ministry and a heart for children, and she is passionate about helping children grow in spiritual wisdom and academics. She is excited to witness the growth of each preschooler as they explore learning with a fun and interactive approach.

theology. She is currently pursuing her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education with a
minor in business.
Caily is proud to be a member of the HCS family, and she can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for each of the students and staff members here!
Tanya has been married to her husband, Kerry, for 9 years and together they have three energetic children that always keep them going! While their hands may be full, Tanya wouldn't change a thing.
Because Tanya comes from a family of educators, she discovered her passion for teaching at an early age. She holds a Child Development Associates and over 12 years of experience in working in licensed childcare facilities in the state of Texas. Tanya continues her career at HCS where she has faithfully served since the foundation of the school.
Tanya strives to make every day a fun day of exploration for her students, and she believes children learn best when they are shown love and trust. Her goal is to make sure each child goes home at the end of the day feeling special, loved, and heard.
Tanya is blessed to call HCS her home away from home and the students and staff her second family. She looks forward to helping children build a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and growing in her own spiritual walk alongside her students. She is excited to see the plans the Lord has for HCS and is ready for another year of adventure with our new Archers!
Ashley Inman is excited to join the HCS family. She is recently married to Luke, an Army Reservist, who is working towards his master’s degree at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Ashley has a bachelor’s in Child Development from Texas Christian University where she was able to learn a mix of child psychology, nutrition, and early childhood education. While attending TCU, Ashley worked at Starpoint School for 4 years where she served students with various learning differences. She is trained in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) which guides her behavioral and classroom management.
Ashley has a passion for working with children and is ready to use her education in the classroom. She looks forward to making learning more fun and engaging for multiple types of learners, and she hopes to provide an individualized learning experience for each of her students so they may grow and be ready to conquer any educational battles they may face. Ashley's mission is to teach her students about how much God loves them and what it looks like to live in light of this.
Ashley is excited to see her kindergarteners smiling faces and each of their different personalities develop as they grow. She is especially looking forward to watching them become readers and writers over this year. Ashley is praying for her incoming students and has lots of exciting activities in store!
Annah Branch is thrilled by the opportunity to establish her classroom at HCS. She is just married to Billy Branch, the manager of Tempest Freerunning Academy in Southlake. When not at work, you will likely find them together doing something active like climbing and jumping at his gym, practicing jiu jitsu, or roaming around in nature.
Annah recently graduated from Pepperdine University with a Liberal Arts degree in Education and a teaching credential. Someday, Annah hopes to move to Nigeria and teach there long-term. God placed the desire on her heart when she was very young, and she has been blessed to visit Africa twice. No matter where she is, she feels strongly called to protect and nurture life in the most vulnerable places.
Annah has been singing and playing the piano all of her life, and she is excited to bring music into her classroom. She is looking forward to spreading worship, fun, and learning with her students this year.
At HCS, Annah feels blessed to be able to share her faith openly. Her passion is to teach students to follow the greatest commandment by loving God with every aspect of themselves: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. To do this well, she will show them how to be healthy and grow in all of these areas throughout each day.
Kathleen Bailey is excited to begin a new adventure at Haltom Christian School! Kathleen has been married for nine years, has two children, and a black lab named Max. She is thrilled to bring two more Archers along for her journey here at HCS.
Kathleen is a certified teacher with a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is entering her third year in education and is looking forward to teaching elementary math and creative writing this year. She hopes to inspire a love for lifelong learning within each of her students.
Kathleen has a passion to explore the arts, travel, and explore new cultures. She enjoys being involved in theatrical productions and is excited to see the musical performances the Archers will lead this year.
Kathleen attended a private Christian school as a teen, and she believes her time there was used to shape her moral compass and guide her into who she has become. This experience nurtured her belief that faith and education go hand in hand. Kathleen's mission in life is to develop real connections and relationships with others and with Christ.
Myriam Parra is happily married to her husband, Marvin, of 12 years and has a 7 year old son that attends and loves HCS. The Lord brought Myriam and her family to Texas in 2018, and it was during this time that Myriam learned about Haltom Christian School. The Parras began praying for HCS even before its doors opened, and they have been abundantly blessed to serve and be apart of this family.
Myriam graduated from California State University of Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Consumer Sciences: Child Development and Family Studies. She has more than 20 years of experience working with children and families including teaching kindergarten readiness programs and at child development centers. She has also served at Calvary Chapel South Bay for over 10 years in children's ministry and missions. Currently, Myriam serves in the KiDZ church at Calvary Chapel Fort Worth.
Myriam's purpose is to serve the Lord and be used by Him to share His love and Word with others. The Lord has called her to serve the students of HCS this year in art, Spanish, Science, and Social Studies. She loves exploring God's creation, listening to little ones count and sing in Spanish, and seeing students express themselves and their hearts through their artistic creations.
