What are the school hours?

Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Fridays are reserved as a Homeschool day. 


How do I enter the facility?

For school tours and other inquiries, visitors may access the building through the administrative office doors on the South side of the building.


When should I begin the application process?

Haltom Christian School accepts admissions applications until June 1, 2019. 


What are the schedule options for tuition payments?

Parents may choose a monthly, semiannual, or annual tuition payment plan. 


Are students required to wear uniforms?

Yes, there is a uniform dress code. Uniforms may be purchased at any retailer. 


What extracurricular activities are offered?

Students will participate in a rotating schedule of extracurricular activities including Spanish, music, art, and dance classes. Volunteers may also teach additional extracurricular classes related to curriculum throughout the school year.  


How can I become a member of the Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF)?

Parents and family members of HCS students will be able to sign up as a member of the Parent Teacher Fellowship at the beginning of the school year. We strongly encourage parents and student families to be involved in our PTF as serving together in unity will strengthen our students' academic and spiritual growth. 


What are the benefits of developing a relationship with Haltom Christian School? 

HCS teachers and staff partner with parents and support them as they educate children academically and spiritually. 


Are teachers certified?

All of our elementary teachers hold a Bachelor's or graduate degree. All teachers are certified through the Association of Christian Schools International, and most teachers also hold a valid state teaching certificate.


Is Haltom Christian School an accredited private school?

Haltom Christian School is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and is currently preparing to pursue accreditation.
