Admissions Process

There are many avenues for educating children as well as many schools to choose from. We are privileged any time we are considered as a partner in a child’s education. To begin the admissions process, please complete the following.

Step 1: Request a School Tour

We would love to meet you to tell you and your family more about Haltom Christian School and answer any questions you may have. Follow the link below and request a tour in the message section. An administrator will contact you to confirm your tour date and time.

Step 2: Submit an Application

After attending a school tour or event, please submit an online application. Once the application has been processed, an administrator will contact you to schedule a family interview.

Application Fee: $25 per student

Step 3: Entrance Assessment

New students will participate in an entrance assessment as part of the admissions process. These results will help teachers identify the areas of strength and areas for improvement within their classrooms.

We know your time is valuable, and to better serve prospective Haltom Christian School families, entrance assessments may be scheduled the same day as the family interview.

Step 4: Family Interview

We look forward to building relationships with our future Haltom Christian School families. We'd love to get to know you and your child(ren) better as we discuss how we can best partner with you on your family's academic journey.

Step 5: Register

Once your family has completed the admission process and has been accepted into Haltom Christian School, you will receive an email directing you to the remaining registration documents.

Registration Fee: $250
